Siam Royal View has added outstanding marina facilities to its award winning Koh Chang resort property venture. The luxury development now boasts a state-of-the-art marina, which finally opens the attractive eastern part of Thailand’s Gulf up for yachtsmen.
Currently one of only two professional marinas in the Gulf of Thailand, it stands alone within a 200km radius in offering first class boat mooring facilities.
The marina is tucked safely behind a bend in the Klong Son River, which provides natural protection from the sea in any kind of weather.
Facilities include: 75 wet berths (8 to 30 metres), access to 110m private pier which can accommodate superyachts, fuel dock and suction station (in development), maintenance services, electricity and water on every wet berth, dry berth storage for smaller boats and personal watercraft, 24-hour security, marina bar and restaurant, swimming pools and outstanding beaches, access to Siam Royal View Beach Club & Restaurant, Golf Club and other facilities.
Siam Royal View’s marina is located in exceptional sailing grounds with over 50 tropical islands to explore, many protected by National Park status.
Krabi Boat Lagoon opened in 2011. The first premier marina complex in Krabi, they will be exhibiting in the Hall at PIMEX 2013.
Krabi has become a marine hub and is the gateway to nearby islands such as Phi Phi, Lanta, Kai, Rok, all ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving.
Krabi Boat Lagoon offers many amenities, including under covered berthing (six boats), wet berth (80 boats), hardstand (100 boats), 50 ton travel lift, boat ramp, cradle, high pressure wash, fuel dock, water and electricity. Shoreside, there is a club house, restaurant, mini-mart, laundry, motor cycle and car rental service, wireless internet, telephone and fax, parking and 24 hour security.
Built around the lagoon is the low-rise waterfront condominium The Cleat, offering just 62 units – 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and duplex suites.
Shinwoo Industrial Co. Ltd return for the third year to PIMEX following positive market pick-up and feedback to their SPLO series of boats. Built in Korea, these futuristic-looking powerboats wouldn't look out of place on the set of a James Bond movie.
At PIMEX this year Shinwoo will be introducing their Floating Casistas. The Santorini casista – Mediterranean design with bleached wood flooring and and a state-of-the-art viewing sphere to view the underwater scenery in the living room; The Light casista – an futuristic-inspired architectural style and ultra modern interior look and feel, also including a viewing sphere in the living room.
