GB ROW 2013 is the richest rowing race in the world, Eight crews - including David Hosking and his four-man crew in Hallin Marine 2 - will set off from Tower Bridge, London on Saturday June 1, 2013.

The boats will race around mainland Britain, via Lands End and John O'Groats and finish back at Tower Bridge.

The first crew to break the current fastest-time world record of 26 days 21 hours and 14 minutes will win a £100,000 bounty.

Each crew is also raising money for charity. Hallin Marine 2 are raising funds for Combat Stress, the UK's leading military charity specialising in the care of Veterans' mental health.

GB Row 2013 is also supporting Walking with the Wounded.
