CGC Neah Bay breaks ice in the Grand River

CLEVELAND - Stern view of the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Neah Bay as it breaks a path through the ice in the Grand River. In the background is the Canadian Coast Guard ship Samuel Risley. Neah Bay, Coast Guard cutter Bristol Bay, Risley, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local and state agencies are all working to prevent flooding of Northern Ohio rivers.
